Back massager

Hi all, have you’ll used any back massagers to help with the lower back pain? Wife is in her 2nd trimester and she’s having lower back pains now. I do massage her back myself but was wondering if there is a good automatic massager which you can recommend and are safe during pregnancy. Not sure if the heated massagers are safe.
