Looking for standalone reads

I’m looking for standalone books I can read concurrent to The Stormlight Archive. I have 200 pages left of The Way of Kings and loving it. Will probably start Words of Radiance right after.

Since my reading journey started I’ve only read Sanderson and Moore (and some Togashi, coming off HxH 2011), so I don’t have much to go off. But here are the books I’ve loved:

Both eras of Mistborn, The Emperor’s Soul, Warbreaker, Watchmen
