Should I get escoffier for my neuvillette and future cryo team?

Right now I'm running furina, kazuha, and Charlotte. Would rosaria and escoffier boost my neuvillete's damage by much at all and how much relevant would she be in future cryo teams?

I stopped playing for awhile and missed all of the xilonen banners. Just started back up again when zibai came out. Managed to get her and her weapon. I was planning on just getting Linnea and columbina for zibai in 6.x and save the rest for 7.x dps. Should I keep saving for 7.x or go for escoffier?
