Best way to handle people monitoring you from a distance without legal intervention
Hi, became close to the wrong people and a couple friends of mine are telling me they were reached out to and asked if I was talking about a "person" & "checking on my mental health",where I am, etc. This "person" btw is someone they are attached to in crime, trafficking potentially. The "person" was the victim. I had no part in it but they know I have a strong will for justice amongst especially --someone I knew that I was close to that is --longer here. Years ago, I never knew the truth until it was put in my face against my will and I was threatened to not share. I've shared things with the wrong person on accident too recently, out of emergency as I became homeless, and I'm afraid they'll reach out to the people monitoring me and give them the latest scoop. I can basically expect that to happen.
Honestly, for a crime that's attached to big rich people.... I know what's right is to simply know what's right and stay away. I'd risk my life reporting it. I already have no social media because it's too risky, which sucks because I'm young and I want a business again. I don't want to get jumped or worse for talking with anyone about this person if they find out I did. It'd be perfect for a restraining order if that's possible but might exacerbate it given how many people are attached and they might not be caught because I don't know everyone/everything to report. I even moved 1-1.5hrs but I live near the rat "friend".
I hear the advice to keep my head down, don't talk about it, etc, but I am struggling. It's affected my mental health greatly as is (it's getting better), I can barely sleep at night due to fear of unknown. My PTSD is so much worse and I have a story I can't share with anyone, if I share it partly, I look crazy, and that gets talked about lol. Nothing to write "lol" to here though, seriously. My life will never be the same. Not as big as Epstein but it's big enough for someone like me to be taken down as I am a loner and female.
Thank you. Btw, I wouldn't have proper victim protection if reported at this moment. I just need more reality spoken to me right now, and practical strategies. What happens in these situations? I haven't reported anything. I have no eyes in on them but why would I-- I want to be left alone. This "person" I knew btw was framed as having bad mental health, and boy, that person passing alone made my mental health HORRIBLE as they were irreplaceable. Getting an idea of how they really passed now, shatters my entire heart and I have to find a way to sit and accept it, move forward. I am an artist and if I can't speak with my art, I am miserable. This is so hard.
