"Rebuild the huge building" Question

I've just made it to the "Rebuild the huge building" quest in the Sparkling Skylands. Do the quests for each of the floors also furnish them? I'm wondering if I loot the building of all the items and then do the quest, will it replace them with new ones? If it does, I'd like to take all the free items before doing the quests.
