Speed seems to be off

I noticed today that the speed of videos with any type of copyrighted video clips and/or images seemed to be 0.1x faster than normal. It doesn't happen with content that is 100% original, only with everything else. Is anyone else encountering this issue? I only noticed this because I often modify the speeds of videos; so when I was rewatching a video I had to speed up previously, I noticed it already sounded sped up. I tested this with multiple videos, closed and reopened the app, but I still have the same problem.
