"The Haunted" Run for Noveria II

Heyo peeps. So after the official update for UAF I wanted to do a "The Haunted" nexelerin run and I am curious what tips do you got for me to get that super capital from UAF. I already got enough relationship to be commissioned by UAF, but I don´t know how to get that ship. Do I buy it, get it via some quest, or find a derelict?

Of course, I plan to make it my main ship for the Haunted run, tho I am not sure if I go with a carrier fleet or go blind. Ideas on how to spec this ship are welcome!
