Please help bladder issues since june

Bladder issue since last june

Im 18 F 50kg, 5 feet in a negligent household in a conservative country. I have been having so many issues that are:

Dribbling Increased frequency No pressure I have to clench my muscles till it hurts to make muself pee Im going to the bathroom 6 7 times every night

Basically i have to go to the bathroom again and again and again just to take out a few drops and its so annoying and mich more prevalent at night although it does happen during the day. My quality of sleep is so so bad becuase of this and i feel like crying i havent been able to sleep properly

My dad is abusive, he doesnt take my health seriously and my mom only has so much money.

History:

Last june i went to a public hospital and they had me do a urinary and tell me theres nothing wrong with me and send me home. I feel like it worsened because of this. I suffered for a year before i convinced my mom to take me to a doctor, who did a urinary and prescribed cefiget antibiotic. It did nothing.

I went to a new doctor and he gave me tamsolin S and it made everything so much worse. I went to the same doctor again and he gave me tamsolin and mirabet combination. It made everything worse again, i went to the same doctor and he told me to drop tamsolin and comtinue mirabet and add solifen.

I feel like it got better for awhile but for 2 days now its been so bad and i have uni exams coming up for which i cant study becusse of this stupid issue. I cant go to the doctor again please help me and tell me what i should do
