Kiroro Grand vs Sahoro for beginner family skiing holiday?

Wondering if anyone has been to both Kiroro Grand and Sahoro, and can compare the two experiences? Would be for a family of beginner skiers with kids.

We’ve been to Sahoro and loved the small, intimate setting. It felt safe for kids to wander around the hotel on their own. No waits for the lifts. Snow quality was so-so when we went, not much snow - I guess that can be variable any year, but have heard that Kiroro generally gets more snow than Tokachi (where Sahoro and Tomamu are).

For those who can compare Kiroro Grand and Sahoro - does Kiroro Grand get a lot more crowded (on the slopes and in the hotel) than Sahoro? What are some pros and cons of the two Club Meds, for an adults + kids beginner skiing family?
