Severe neck pain post op hysterectomy

Surgery related

I had a hysterectomy in October and was diagnosed with stage 3 endo with an endometrioma removed. Both ovaries were left in place and have been hurting the past few weeks. I’m 3.5 months post-op and have started to work again, exercise, and do yoga. I’m trying to be healthy and recover but my back and neck have been stiffening the whole time. I saw on a FB post that endo can cause increased estrogen that can pool in your neck and spine and make you stiff. I’m currently incapacitated from the neck pain today and I’m not sure what to do. My PCPs next available apt is in 2 weeks and I feel like there’s a rod in my neck and I can’t move. Could it really be endo? my OB isn’t a specialist so I haven’t followed up with her. I don’t even think she checked the state of my ovaries or bowels during surgery so I don’t fully trust her. I’ve just never experienced neck pain with no justifiable cause like this before.
