Hair loss problem

Hey everyone,

A family member has a toy Pomerenian, already in it's adult phase.

Besides the constant barking, nagging and crying, there is one BIG problem, it's the shedding.

The Pom looses so much hair all year around that even if you vacuum daily it doesn't really help.

Hair everywhere:

1. You cook a stake, make a pot, there will be a hair on or in it, it flies there somehow.
2. Prepare table with food, there will be hairs flying in it
3. Bed is covered with hair, even though the Pom doesn't even go in that room
4. Clothing covered
5. 2-3 times a day I accidentally breath in a hair
6. Dog goes in any car. Hairs start flying around and everything starts getting covered with hair.
7. Wash clothes, still hairs on. Put in dryer, helps a bit.

For context, it's not a small house, rather big and with built in AC.

QUESTION:

Is there a solution to the shedding except shaving all hair completely off?
