Printing Marrow RR Notes - Need A4 paper suggetion

I print my Marrow RR notes at home and use them as my main study source, so they go through heavy daily use (flipping, highlighting, annotations).

I used Double A 70 GSM, but after a few months the pages became weak and some even tore near the binding.

Can anyone suggest good A4 paper (80–100 GSM) that is durable for long-term use and works well for home printing and spiral binding? I know it's off the topics, sorry for that.
