My 2 ps5 controllers do not charge at all and won't turn on.

I have 2 ps5 controllers that were working perfectly fine. For context, I have been charging my ps5 controllers using my Samsung charger and a 3rd party USB C cable for a very long time and have never had issues till now.

Last week, the main controller that I use stopped charging while I was playing. I thought it was odd, and asked chat gpt for help and did everything it said like connecting it to the ps5 directly and with a variety of other USB C cables and hard resetting the controller from the back and what not. I thought to myself that it's fine, I can fix it later and I have a spare so I'll use that.

I charged the spare controller the same way I always have, for one day it worked fine. Then the next day, the exact same thing happened and it wouldn't charge at all! No matter where I try it won't charge! And now the battery completely drained and it won't even open. Same thing for the main controller.

I have the latest firmware for both the ps5 and the controllers and I tried everything.

What the hell do I do? How do I fix this situation?
