Please help me find the story living rent free in my head

Looking for an older Literotica story (likely 2010–2015) — sci-fi / mind control theme

I’m trying to find a story I read on Literotica sometime between 2010–2015. I originally thought the title might be “Becoming Marie”, but that doesn’t seem to be correct anymore.

What I remember about the plot:

A woman wakes up in an unfamiliar place with very little memory of her past life, except that she thinks she used to be a model.

She is told her name is Marie. She cannot remember any other name for herself.

She appears to be in some kind of conditioning or training environment where men are “masters” (or something similar).

There is some form of punishment system (possibly a collar or implant) that shocks her when she displeases them, although later in the story it’s revealed that some of the shocks are real and some are just psychological conditioning.

The society:

Eventually she realizes they are not on Earth but on another planet.

She figures this out when she is sitting under a tree looking at the stars and realizes none of the constellations are familiar.

In this society:

Men wear clothes (I remember something like khaki cargo shorts).

Women are required to be naked.

Specific scenes I remember:

Early in the story, women eat from a dildo-shaped feeder device that dispenses something like an oatmeal or paste.

They must kneel in a specific position with their knees placed correctly for the device to work and cannot use their hands to make it work faster. Effectively BJ training.

There is a scene where she wants to play volleyball, but since women can’t wear clothes she can’t wear a sports bra.

She goes to a leather worker who makes her a kind of sports-bra-like harness so she can play.

Tea in this society is made by placing a cube into a teacup, even though there is no visible electricity.

Later another woman says something like “How can you expect to escape if you don’t even know how the tea is made?”

Other worldbuilding detail:

In this world, men’s orgasm/cum can make women enter a mindless orgasmic state.

Ending (from what I remember):

Near the end of the story, Marie is sitting on her master’s lap at a table.

They are discussing some kind of problem involving Earth potentially discovering or finding their society.

I think it was one long story rather than multiple chapters.

It may have been in Mind Control, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, or a similar category.
