Multiple teams in one raid?!

Earlier today I was doing a raid with around 10-15 people. I probably leveled up 20+ times in an hour and I’m currently looking for other lobbies with lots of raid teams to do this with. I’m assuming this is a glitch but does anyone know how I can find a lobby and do this glitch again?
