Wife (27F) of Annoyed Husband (32M)

My husband is a homebody and I love to travel and make new memories. Anytime i bring up planning trips or even mention how we need to go out more, he gets annoyed and shuts off. This has been an ongoing thing since the beginning of our relationship (2020- married in 2023). I always have to plan our dates and trips when we do go. We will have a date maybe once every few months. On Valentine’s day this past year, i didn’t plan anything to see what he would do… he took me to Home Depot & Walmart just to walk around.. :( I told him i would’ve like to go to a nice dinner or something fun to do, but he took us back home. I’m grateful for him and all he does but damn it, i wish he’d plan something special for me. It’s been 6 years of us being together and I am getting fed up. Anyone else been in a situation like this that could give me some advice?
