Chronic Barking At Every Family Member

Our 4 year old toy Pomeranian barks at everything, like any Pom.

But there is one problem.

If she sits on someone's lap or is on a couch, she will bark at any family member, even the owner.

She doesn't stop until you go to her and pet her.

It's more of a offensive barking than out of excitement.

She seems to be protecting everyone from everyone, which makes no sense.

If for example my father goes to my sister and she is with the dog, she will attack him and bark, luckily she never bites. And she does it the other way around too.

I am the only one in the family to tell her to shut up and she does, everyone else seems to feed the problem.
