Anyone know what happened on 495W Syosset?

Was cruising when all the sudden had to break and saw a head of me tons of police cars, ambulances, fire trucks believe. I did see a vehicle that was on fire and smelt the smoke. Dead stop traffic. Definitely was not going to move anytime soon.

I thankfully was in the exit lane so I was able to take the northern parkway.

Seriously hope everyone is alright to those involved 😢.
