Should I got to grad school or tech job?

So I tired posting this before in the academic subs but it got removed and due to not being on topic I’m guessing. But overall since I have been 11 I have wanted to be a physicist. Last cycle I almost got into a very good grad program, but last minute due to funding cuts to the NSF fell through this year. I applied again, but I also applied for jobs. Now I just got off the waitlist for for a school and I just got a very good tech job offer at a startup. And I don’t know what to do anymore. I guess I just wanted advice on what people would think. I can’t really talk to my family or friends about this because it seems like I’m complaining being in a very fortunate situation.
