my files just freeze when i try to open documents and or it takes forever to open

idk what's going on. i feel like i have tried everything to get it to work. i have the latest windows a Ryzen 7 and a amd rx 6600. the only error thing that pops up is the one drive logo but idk if OneDrive is able to freeze my files like that. also pardon my English pls
