acne and fungal safe milky toners

I love the rhode milk toner, I have seen that it’s like not watery which I love and lightweight at the same time but I have heard it breaks a lot of people out:( and a good similar product was the haru haru black rice essence but I checked and both are pore clogging💔 but I really love the consistency, I don’t like the watery milky toners or greasy ones. I just love the glow and hydration but does anyone know a acne and fungal safe not watery milky toner? Please help me out!
