Am I️ being underpaid?

Any compounding technicians here? I️ am in texas, been in the lab for about 2mos, but have already taken on alot of responsibilities. Including, new formula making, inventory management, working independently, along with obtaining PCCA core compounding certification, PTCB certification and also being referred to as “lead lab technician.” I️ am currently only being paid 18/hr.

***I️ have no prior experience or knowledge of compounding until I️ started here 2 months ago.
