Is this withdrawls?

Its been 1 week since I took my last dose but before then tapered down to 1.25mg, no withdrawls, maybe even feeling better than before but today and yesterday especially I've felt horrible. Paranoia with heavy anxiety, basically thoughts that I'll go crazy or start hallucinating or something. This paranoia is especially strong at night and lasts for a long long time. Followed or accompanied with a panic attack, making me feel almost high.

Idk if this is withdrawl or what this is, but it's absolutely horrible.
