2018 IMG graduate needs help!!!

Hi guys, I guess I will share the same old story. I graduated in 2018 and moves to the States on 2020. Worked as a care mane get in big hospital in Miami, and currently working as a utilization reviewer completing peer to peer reviews for substance abuse rehab center. I started studying last year and just recently finished my first pass of Uworld with and 38% it took me like 8 months to do the first pass due to time limitations. I was watching B&B videos and that helped. I am starting my second pass and I have a little more time to study this round. I am trying to complete 120q from Uworld 4 times a week and reviewing the test at the end. I am no getting between 50-55%. I just started doing this 3 days ago. Not sure if should continue like this or not!???I also started using Anki the high yield cards only. Please, any recommendations? I feel like I am the less intelligent person perusing step1.
