Why is my pc so crappy all of the sudden?

Specs:

Ryzen 5 5600x, RTX 4060 eagle, 32 gb ram 3200, B450m Pro4.

My PC a week ago was 100% fine and smooth, one day I get on valorant and it becomes sooo bad, from 600 fps to 30 and constant drops of fps that made the game super choppy. Same, happens with every game, Even Roblox. Whenever I close the game, my pc stays choppy and laggy, slow and very bad in general. When I restart my pc it becomes totally normal, until i oepna game. Please help me! I haven't been able to use my computer for a week.
