Is this a bug or is it my fault?

Is it just me or does anyone else’s game just eat shit once you shoot your gun? I can consistently run like 150 frames barely any drops. But, when I shoot my gun or quickly look around It drops to 10. I have tried so hard to fix it but I can’t. I’ve changed all the graphics settings to low and turned off all background processes. I have a 3070 which isn’t even that bad. I literally have no problems with other games, like zero. Every single video I watch is the same thing about just changing in game settings lower.
