Cannibals being bad at logistics

So I started a new run recently (just a in game month in) Me and beep just left the fog Islands and were attacked by scrawny cannibals. We are south of the fog Islands. The cannibals managed to knock us out and now they're just standing there. Accidentally posted this after a trio of fogman attacked the cannibals, currently waiting for them to collapse from starvation
