Best small autoclave/sterilizer available in India

Can anyone suggest the best autoclave or sterilizers available in Indian? I am looking for 20 to 30 L which should be able to hold a pressure of 15 psi for 90 minutes. Preferably to use both electric and external heating source. Cooker type is fine. I see a lot of options on Amazon but don't think they are for mushroom cultivation and I doubt if they will hold enough water for 90 minutes. Can someone who has used some of these kindly confirm?
