What Vaccines besides Yellow Fever?

Hello, it seems like there are conflicting suggestions on whether or not to get yellow fever vaccines if traveling from the USA. We will be there in 6-7 weeks. In addition to that, I also read Hepatitis A and B, Rabies and Typhoid. Any thoughts on all these? Thanks in advance and looking forward to the trip!
