Do Stomach Rolls Go Away After Excess Skin Removal?

Hello again, sorry for all of the questions. I’ve always had an apple shaped body, and my stomach has a lot of rolls, when I sit down or bend.

Will I still have them after excess skin removal? I have a 46 inch or bigger waist right now and would love a 26 inch waist. I still get worried that 26 inches isn’t small and healthy enough.
