teeth are sore to touch each other and chew, but feel best right after waking up? living off of painkillers

went to the dentist to get xrays and they found a few small cavities, but nothing that could be enough to cause most of my teeth to be sore to touch

the feeling is like when you change trays on Invisalign and your teeth are sore from the shifting - xrays didnt show any problems with the bone and gum pockets were fine

i do grind my teeth when sleeping, but funnily enough my teeth feel the best after waking up

ive been struggling with tension headaches and neck pain since these teeth pains emerged, as well as seemingly more mobility in my teeth (i feel as if i can literally hear them cracking and popping sometimes)

any idea what this could be? its been almost 2 weeks of living off of ibuprofen and tylenol and im just tired of it
