Is anyone else having severe texture streaming and loading issues in The Division 2 lately?

Hi Agents,

For the past few weeks the game has been running extremely slow for me even though it’s installed on my SSD. Textures take forever to load, audio cuts out, fast travel takes much longer than it used to, and sometimes enemies are invisible for a few seconds, sometimes almost a minute before they load in.

My specs:

13th Gen i5-13420H

RTX 4050

16GB DDR4 RAM

Installed on an SSD with 170GB free

Things I’ve tried:

Lowering graphics settings (motion blur, VSync, etc.)

Tweaking settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel

Reinstalling the game twice

Letting the game sit for 30+ minutes to load

Verifying files multiple times through Ubisoft Connect

None of this has helped so far. I also recently updated my NVIDIA drivers, so I’m not sure if that could be related.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? Any help would be appreciated.
