[request][steam] silksong

Hey r/giftofgames 👋

I’d like to request Hollow Knight: Silksong. I’ve been excited about this game for years, especially because the first game became one of my favorite gaming experiences.

I’ve spent over 100 hours playing Hollow Knight and I absolutely loved it. Exploring Hallownest, discovering hidden areas, fighting bosses, and slowly improving at the game was incredibly satisfying. It’s one of those games where you can easily lose track of time because there’s always something new to find.

Silksong looks like it expands on everything that made the original great. Hornet’s faster movement, the new tools and abilities, and the brand new kingdom to explore all look amazing. I’m especially excited about the exploration and boss fights since those were some of my favorite parts of the first game.

I’m currently a student, and because of currency conversion and regional pricing in my country, buying new games can be difficult for me. Even when I really want to play something, I have to be careful with spending.

If I got Silksong, I’d definitely take my time exploring every area, learning the bosses, and enjoying the world just like I did with the first game.

Thanks for reading, and thanks to this community for being so generous ❤️
