Want to buy condo but in debt

Please no hate, I'm just sick of paying rent when a mortgage is less. My partner and I are in 60k of debt, combined we make 120K a year. My sister wants to finance a place with us and she makes 45K a year, she is young and just finishing college. We are looking at a 2 bed 2 bath 2 parking condo in York region Toronto for 399K with 600/month maintenance and 2.9K property tax. Combined we pay 3.5K rent. Is something like this obtainable? Thank you all for your help, come from a low income family so purchasing anything has never been talked about.
