Am I wrong for being upset?

Okay, I need to know that I'm not crazy for being upset about this, as I'm very unsure if I want to play with this storyteller in future games.

I just finished a couple of games tonight and the one game I tried talk a couple of times which without yelling (because I AM A LOUD PERSON) no one seemed to even pay attention to, except when I got nominated.

Anyway, one person nominated someone else and they got the defense. I tried to say something to back the nominator up (as that was the only time I got the chance to ACTUALLY be heard) and I had to cut the story teller off to say "hey I have been trying to speak and no one has noticed or paid attention can I say something?"

So I looked to the accused asked my question (ex: why did you say x vs y) when they said "no I didn't" I went to utter one other thing (response was going to be you absolutely did the day I was executed, which would have ended me talking and they could have voted). But someone else jumped before even letting me speak, ignoring them I tried to say something to the accused the storyteller just went "OKAY WE'RE VOTING NOW" cutting me off.

Mind you we were still good on time the place we play at wasn't kicking us out and I'm sure wouldn't have minded the extra minute that short interaction would have taken.

I feel like the storyteller could have asked the person who jumped in to please not talk as I had been trying to talk, asked so-and-so a question, they answered, then look at me to see if I had anything else to say and tell me to make that my final thought so we can vote as to not carry out the game too long on the last execution round.
