How do you guys handle posting the same video to multiple platforms?

I used to run several TikTok and YouTube accounts and something that always annoyed me was the posting workflow.

You make one video but then you still have to upload it separately to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Titles, scheduling, everything repeated.

After doing that for a long time I ended up building a tool to make this faster for myself.

Curious how other creators here handle this.

Do you just manually post everywhere or do you use something to automate it?
