What job can make myself eligible for??

I turned 20 this year and am in my 3rd year of btech in CSE and Business(yes business as my specialization)

I was forced into the CS part, basically brainwashed as I would be "rich" and purely took CS because of that.

To realize I ABSOLUTELY HATE CS in my 2nd semester of college and gave up on life.

My second year went with me being depressed and tryna learn about mental health and shit.

Now I have like 1 year left and idk what to do. I dont have the funds to do an MBA or other masters.( I really want to work in business and finance but yea this CS degree is making me worthless for it, so I thought about MBA but doesnt look like it will work for me.)

What other jobs can I do? Are all doors closed and are coding jobs the only one???

I just can't stand coding, just the thought of it gets me depressed.

I thought of civil exams but again its a game of luck cause if I dont get the rank, I'm f*cked.

What can I do rn? Like I cant think of anything. I am planning to apply for small business related roles on internshala and job sites but no response.(Not that I can expect anything given my state.)

Should I literally just like off myself? Yea stupid but like what can I do rn??? My professors literally told me that if I dont know programming I can prepared to be jobless until I go for higher studies.

I'm posting this as I cant think of anything to so with my life rn. I am not looking for sympathy or jokes, just what can I do rn with my state.
