How do I even start a relationship 😭

One of My coworkers has for some reason taken an interest in my love life, and has been pushing me to be more flirtatious essentially. And it's got me thinking, I don't even know how to do that. I can barely hold a normal conversation, and you expect me to ask some random girl out that I find attractive.
