Should I confess ulit?.....

Problem/Goal:

hi po, just like the title said, magcoconfess paba ako ulit or should i just let him go?,

Context: it's just that i really really like this person...and I'm afraid na baka wala na akong chance in the future pag di ko to ginawa agad. But when i confessed the first time he told me na "dipa sya ready" and since magkaklase kame i see him every day, and then after that nakita ko syang may kasamang iba and nabalitaan ko na mag ka mu na pala cla...but then like not even two months later wla na cla... I want to confess to him again to show him na may feelings pa ako, but I'm scared na baka maisip nya na ang clingy ko or ayaw ko tlaga syang tigilann...Im trying my best to be really close to him before i make another move. But then i asked my friends for advice and they told me to confess for closure dw..:(

(P.s. First time kong magkaroon ng gantong problem, and I'm not good with relationships, never pa po ako mag ka bf so this is really hard for me(((. )
