Virtual Keyboard Recommendations

Ive had my Thor since before the update where you could lock the keyboard to the second screen. Massive quality of life improvment. However recently, there has been some sort of change where I can no longer see what I am typing on the bottom screen, which was not the case before.

All this being said, I am still using the default Gboard. Is there a keyboard out there? What does everybody else use?
