Does System-of-Systems Operations disable Air Force Leader?

English is not my first language, so please excuse any mistakes.

Sorry if this is a basic question, but if we could change one skill of a purple general, do you think Wu R. would become stronger?

His skill description doesn’t mention whether Air Force Leader becomes invalid when using System-of-Systems Operations, while Ace Sniper and Wartime Mobilization clearly state that Infantry Leader cannot be used.
