I don't know if my 13 months old is getting enough food?

Hi guys

My 13mo still wakes a lot overnight and resettles mostly with the boob. It has always been this way.

I read on here just now, that someone said at his age babies shouldn't be getting majority of their nutrition from breastmilk and it got me thinking.

He eats a wide variety of foods but he doesn't eat a lot of it. We're on 3 meals a day with snacks. I'm wondering if he doesn't eat a lot because he feeds so often overnight (3-5 times). He's incredibly active, never sits still, is walking pretty confidently, not at daycare so it's all up to me.

I want to night wean but I'm so sleep deprived that I can't bear the thought of having to deal with him crying overnight and going through that process but I know I probably should.

Can anyone pitch in some insights? 🙏
