[Windows 98 or XP][98 -00] Learning CD-ROM game, Fishing Mini game and Wooden Organ piano

PC CD-ROM game, approximately 1995–2001. Two minigames I remember: (1) a fishing minigame where you throw a line over the side and can catch fish, including one fish that is dressed like a clown wearing a clown costume. (2) a separate minigame where you play a giant organ/pipe organ.

The above description is all I could vaguely remember. It was a point a click game if that helps, I couldn’t member if the fish you had to catch had letters on them to spell something? I’ve been on this for hours.
