Do I have Heated Rivalry to thank? I think I do...

EXPERIENCE

So me and my best friend are both queer (I'm bi and he's gay) we dated but being friends turned out to be less stressful. We live in Canada and work together in a stressful job, so we still have a really close bond.

ANYWAYS. We go clubbing every month in the city (if you can call it a city) it has two clubs and one place that wishes it was a club.

Of the two clubs there's a very clear distinction between the one that is LGBT friendly and hosts events for the queer community and the Other One. Seriously I might have to take pictures. The queer friendly place has fantastic decorations, a light up dance floor, disco ball, and just a more open, entertaining feel. The other place I can only describe as a dark concrete pit.

We were clubbing last month, a good amount of crowd. We were dancing, maybe a little, teeny-tiny, bit lewd. Think hands roaming chest, back and playing with eachothers cover shirts. Just lost together in the music, alcohol and fun of it all the dancing. No one seemed to care but I did keep catching this one guy next to me who kept staring while dancing with his girlfriend 👀

Then out of no where, this lady, older than me, maybe in her mid-thirties, says

"Can I buy you both a drink". My initial thought was huh? Also couldn't hear well over the music

So I replied "What?" "Can I buy you both a drink, your love is so beautiful". She said.

Well my friend and I are not turning down a free drink. She buys us two singles then wishes us a good night and went back to her friends. Me and my friend couldn't help but chuckle at it, very unexpected.
