Help - Treatments for depression

Hi

Does anyone of other treatments for depression that have been prescribed aside from the regular medications. I’ve taken most of the SSRIs and SNRIs with no change to my mental health/slight improvement which then stops. I’m sick of feeling like this, it’s been 12 years of constant up and downs and no sense of meaning. I’m so tired of trying mediations for them to not work and then have withdrawal effects from them. I can’t pay for anything privately, honestly just want the world to stop at this point. I’ll be fine for a few days and then a wave of depression will hit and I just feel horrendous. I don’t understand how anyone’s living, working and getting on with their lives, I’m stuck in this place that I’ve been in for the last 12 years and nothings changing. I’ve had countless rounds of therapy, counselling etc.

so is there any other NHS treatments that you guys have had a positive experience with or know of?
