Shortlisted for Uniqlo Management Candidate, any interview tips and FMCG OJT suggestions around Laguna?

Hello po! May I ask for some tips regarding paghahanap ng companies for OJT? Although our school already has existing MOAs with several companies, I’m hoping sana to intern in FMCG companies. I currently consider P&G, Nestlé, and Nissin as my top choices. However, I was recently shortlisted for the Uniqlo Management Candidate application, and I believe I’ll receive an update within the next 7–10 days.

I would like to ask for tips regarding the interview process for this application, as well as suggestions for other companies, preferably around Laguna that I could also apply to and that would be good for my course.

For background: I’m a 3rd-year Business Management student majoring in Operations Management, and I’m aiming to gain experience in FMCG companies for my internship since I want to learn more about operations, supply chain, and large-scale business processes in that industry.
