USFB - whether to join?

Hi guys, I am currently interviewing with Ujjivan. Any thoughts on the SFB - culture, salary range, bonus %?

Should one join it or wait until it becomes a full fledged universal bank?

AU SFB got RBI approval (application and approval both in this FY) but for USFB the approval seems to be nowhere it sight. Should this make any difference? Does it indicate they aren't doing well and hence the delay in approval!
