How do improve my living conditions?

I currently work about 60 hours a week at minimum wage job. Im aggressively trying to pay off my credit card debit I accumulated due to medical bills. (Don't want to get stuck paying interest)

I live in a pest ridden apartment and dont have the time to take on college courses or the loan at this time.

I cant live like this anymore and I need to change my life.

What are some things I can do to help improve?
