Weird painful pruny palms

Age 23, after being exposed to water for about 5 minutes, the palms of my hands become extremely pruny, and painful. It’s like they shrivel up. Started noticing it about a year ago- but now it’s getting worse. Not on any meds. Anyone know what might be causing it??
