MY 7 YEARS AS A PORN ADDICT

19 years old male I was exposed to porn at 12 years old and at first it was said to me oh I will grow out of it and I kept thinking that but it just got harder not to and I need more and more and now because of that I feel like I hurt myself in finding true love in a relationship and hurting my social skills and being able to just be a normal person can you all give me some advice please
